The PnS Group Learnership Programme is a comprehensive 12-month initiative aimed at equipping South African youth with practical experience and qualifications in Wholesale and Retail Operations. Participants engage in both theoretical learning and hands-on work, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Active Engagement: Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in both theoretical and practical components
• Skill Application: Apply acquired knowledge to real-world scenarios within the wholesale and retail sectors
• Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to maintain a safe and productive environment
• Professional Development: Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth by seeking feedback, embracing challenges, and striving for excellence
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, mentors, and supervisors to achieve both individual and organizational goals

Qualifications

• A South African citizen
• Between the ages of 18 and 26
• A Matriculant (Grade 12) with English and Mathematics or Maths Literacy in your completed subject list
• Passionate about learning
• Curious about our ever-growing, ever-changing wholesale and retail industry
